Welcome to Avagan Decor. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from our store.

Avagan Decor specializes in personalized gifts, ornaments, home decor, keepsakes, and related products. Because many of our products are custom-made, additional terms regarding personalization, cancellations, and returns may apply.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to purchase from our store.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and images as accurately as possible.
However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, and manufacturing processes.
For handmade or personalized products, minor variations in placement, color, engraving, printing, wood grain, acrylic texture, or finishing may occur. These variations are not considered defects when they are within normal production tolerances.
3. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Customers are responsible for submitting accurate personalization information, including names, dates, messages, photographs, spelling, and other requested details.
Avagan Decor is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.
If a design proof is provided, production may begin after the proof is approved. Once approval is given, changes may no longer be possible.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:
payment cannot be verified;
the product is unavailable;
personalization contains prohibited, unlawful, hateful, abusive, or infringing content;
there is a pricing or listing error;
or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other fees imposed by their country or region unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payment must be successfully completed before production begins.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original Avagan Decor branding, graphics, product photography, website content, text, designs, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.
Customers submitting photographs, artwork, text, names, logos, or other materials for personalization confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.
7. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or products to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, submit malicious software, engage in fraud, harass others, or interfere with the operation of our website.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Avagan Decor will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGE POLICY
Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins.
If you need to change a name, date, photograph, color, size, or other personalization detail, contact us as soon as possible at sales@avagandecor.com.
Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
If a personalized item has already entered production, cancellation may be refused because the product has been made specifically for you.
PERSONALIZATION POLICY
Please enter all personalization exactly as you want it to appear on the finished product.
This includes spelling, capitalization, punctuation, names, dates, and messages.
Avagan Decor may make minor layout adjustments to ensure the design fits properly on the selected product.
For products containing photographs, customers should submit clear, high-resolution images whenever possible.
Low-quality, blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or low-resolution images may affect the final result.
By uploading a photograph, logo, illustration, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to use it.
We reserve the right to reject personalization that contains unlawful, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or intellectual-property-infringing material.

PHOTO & CUSTOM DESIGN POLICY
For products personalized with customer photographs, customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted images are appropriate and that they have permission to use them.
Images may be cropped, resized, repositioned, or lightly adjusted to fit the product design.
We do not guarantee exact color reproduction between digital previews and physical products.
Unless the customer gives permission, Avagan Decor will not intentionally publish personal photographs submitted for personalization as promotional content.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK POLICY
Avagan Decor respects intellectual property rights.
Customers should not request designs that unlawfully reproduce copyrighted artwork, trademarked logos, protected characters, celebrity imagery, or other material they do not have permission to use.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel customization requests that may violate intellectual property rights.
